MADISON

and

CALLUM

For Madison and Callum, a wedding was never going to be defined by a single place. Inspired by the cities that shaped their relationship, they envisioned a multi-day celebration that honoured Sydney, Melbourne and New York, inviting guests into an experience that felt deeply personal from beginning to end. Their extraordinary wedding weekend was later featured by The Bridal Journey in "A Love Letter to Three Cities."

THE

VISION

From welcome drinks at ACME to a waterfront celebration at Redleaf, every event was designed to feel like its own chapter while remaining connected by one overarching story. Our role was to guide the planning journey, bringing together venues, suppliers and logistics across multiple days to create a seamless guest experience that felt effortless, intentional and unmistakably reflective of Madison and Callum.

THE DESIGN

DIRECTION

The design embraced understated luxury, taking cues from the character of each location rather than imposing a single aesthetic. Refined tablescapes, layered textures and thoughtful styling allowed every setting to speak for itself, while a restrained palette and editorial approach created a celebration that felt contemporary, immersive and timeless. The result was a wedding weekend where every detail contributed to a larger narrative, proving that great design is as much about feeling as it is about form.

THE

EXPERIENCE

A multi-day celebration demands more than beautiful styling. It requires thoughtful pacing, seamless logistics and an understanding of how every event connects to the next. By carefully considering the guest journey across the entire weekend, Madison and Callum were free to immerse themselves in each moment, knowing every detail had already been considered.
