Paris & Jack’s Sydney Harbour Wedding

Travelling to Sydney from their home in Bermuda, Paris and Jack brought friends and family together from all over the world to celebrate their wedding weekend. We led venue sourcing from the beginning of their planning journey, shaping a multi day celebration that unfolded across Sydney’s iconic locations: a harbour cruise to open the weekend, a traditional church ceremony, a reception at the Museum of Contemporary Art overlooking the water, and a relaxed coastal recovery at The Nielsen Beach Club. Each location was chosen to feel distinct yet connected, allowing guests to experience the city through their lens.

Our scope covered full planning, creative direction and design, alongside the design and build of their wedding website & guest communciation. Every touchpoint carried the same tone: refined, calm and timeless. From logistics through to visual language, it was cohesive from first invitation to final farewell.

What They Said:

Working with the entire Paloma team transformed what could have been a stressful planning process into a joyful and seamless experience, one that every couple deserves on their wedding journey. From the very first conversation, they truly listened to our vision, understood our priorities, and brought it to life with precision and creativity. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, exceeding our expectations.

On the wedding day itself, we both felt completely relaxed and present in the moment, knowing that every detail was being handled with such care and expertise by the team. It allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the celebration and the joy surrounding us without a single worry.

We are endlessly grateful to the Paloma team for bringing our dream wedding to life. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine passion made all the difference. Highly recommend them to any couple seeking a stress free, magical, and perfectly personalised celebration!
